Cancellations
Whilst we understand that from time to time things can cause us to be not able to make appointments, we ask if you can please give 24 hours’ notice when cancelling your appointment. This allows us to fill your appointment. No shows and late cancellations will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
Covid - 19
At Luxe, we follow the most up to date government guidelines re Covid-19 for everyone’s safety. As our clients, we expect that you also follow these up to date guidelines. If you are sick or have any signs of cold or flu like symptoms, please reschedule your appointment. Hand sanitiser is available for use.
