Booking, Cancellation & Privacy Acknowledgement
A $50 booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee is redeemable towards treatment or products purchased on the day of your appointment.
Client account credits are valid for 36 months from the date of issue and may be used towards any treatment or product unless otherwise stated.
We understand that circumstances can change unexpectedly. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the $50 booking fee. Booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable within this period. A new booking fee will be required to secure any future appointment.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to proceed with your appointment due to scheduling constraints. In these circumstances, your appointment may be cancelled and your booking fee forfeited.
Privacy Collection Statement
The Luxe Clinic collects personal and health information necessary to provide safe and appropriate healthcare services. Your information may include your name, contact details, date of birth, medical history, treatment records, photographs, and other information relevant to your care.
Your information is stored securely and handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws. We will only use or disclose your information for purposes related to your treatment, clinic operations, legal obligations, or where otherwise authorised by law.
By booking an appointment, you consent to The Luxe Clinic collecting, using and storing your personal and health information for the purpose of providing healthcare services and managing your ongoing care.
